I gave my job a 3 week notice that I was quitting, and since I’m basically their only host I work basically every shift and it hasn’t gone over well. They ask me to cover basically every shift I don’t work and when I don’t they get an attitude. My last day was the 7th and I’ve been trying to get my 20 hours of pto applied to my schedule but for the 1st week they dodged the request and now this week since they dodged me until the schedule was put out it’s “out of their hands” now that that it’s out?? Idk yesterday they sent me around playing the blame game with every other manager and finally I got to talk with hr who basically said we can’t really do anything. I left my uniform in my locker yesterday and sent a text to the brand new manager…

Yesterday my manager asked me to make reservations for a lunch. Today he told us to go without him. FREE LUNCH! Of course, I'd much rather have a bigger or second raise. Our annual raise was half of what inflation is. We lost 15% of our department last year but hey, FREE LUNCH!

This makes no sense. I understand that their “base” wealth started out due to their talents, but then they grow that exponentially off of society. Take Michael Jordan for example. Made less than $100 million playing basketball, but has a earned over $3 billion in his lifetime. A lot of that comes from his shoes that are so ridiculously overpriced that people have actually been killed over.

I've applied to 47 different jobs and have had about 10 interviews, out of those ten interviews I would say about 3 were legit opportunities that would fit and pay me what I am worth. Of those 3 interviews I had 2 different interviews with like 3 different people. Then after all is said and done they say they will let me know and then I don't hear back from them. I think companies should be held responsible for at least letting the candidate know whether or not they get the job. and further more it is like why not just give me a dam chance at the job… I hate it. and I thought this would be much longer rant but then I stop myself because what the hell is writing on here gonna do!

You get in a virtual line with several other people just to spurt a squirt or drop a deuce. I expected something like this but I’m still (pun intended) pissed off. If things work out well, I won’t be at this job for a month. If you are in one of the southern states, DO NOT work for OneSupport. They install a bunch of bullshit technology on your computer, the pay is mid if you live in one of the poorer states and low everywhere else, and everybody has Stockholm Syndrome and is just satisfied that they can wfh while settling for shitty conditions. I don’t even care if someone from the company sees this post, they know I’m right. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk.

I mostly do not want to cross picket lines but it’s not usually possible to know with online retailers how they ship. Is the answer to just not shop online until the strike is over?
