I’ve been applying to jobs for a few weeks now, and before I started, I made a brand new up to date resume. Almost every application I have done has had me upload my resume just for me to fill it all out again on their application. It just seems like such a waste of time. Why ask for it and then ask for all the information again?

So to make a long story short, my boss is told by the CEO to not report sales and instead pocketed money, which is in turned put into a private account and redistributed back into the company. I work at a movie theater chain in the Mid-Central of the US. I have on numerous occasions and have personally talked to and have seen that my boss has taken money from customers but does not report it. He is told to do this by the owner of the company. The money is taken by him, change is given to customers, but the sale is not logged into the system nor reported into the file network. He then takes the cash and either deposits it or personally gives it the ceo who then does whatever he does with it. The issue at hand is that my boss….is my own father. My mother…
