Hello, since June I was hired for a job as a CO and have been going to training full time since then. My other 'job' is commission based only which I didn't find out until later on when I went through the hiring process. To be honest it doesn't pay the bills being only commission based but I thought that it was something I could do in my free time. Just started working for a company that during the interview said I would have to work a Saturday once a month. Fast forward to now, I have to work nights and Saturday, on call, every 3 weeks. Such a joke considering I make $3 an hour on call on nights and get overtime for the total duration of the calls I get. Already started looking for a different job. Why can’t companies just be transparent?
