I am planning on resigning under constructive dismissal, I am sick of being treated like dirt on peoples shoes when I literally work with two raging racists.

I work for a large company in the US in Oregon, and the labor laws require 1 hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked. Apparently the company only just realized this past month that they were underpaying our sick time by nearly half (0.62 hours per week). The way it was presented in their handout made it seem like a positive change, but I did some digging and that means they've been underpaying oregon employee sick time since 2016 when the law went into effect. That's 7.5 years, and at full time accrual, employees who worked that whole time missed out on almost 277 hours of sick time. They offered zero retroactive sick time for anyone, and none of my coworkers see how messed up this all is. I guess my question is should I do something about this? Should I contact someone?

They’ve got something stuck up their ass because they’re being an absolute ass to people lately. I’m not one to call out. Not because I “pride myself on not calling out”, but because I have a lot of anxiety about calling out and I need the money. So I really only call out when I’m pretty damn sick. Called out today, spoke with the person opening, they were super kind about it because they always are. An hour later my boss texts “Not coming in today? Disappointed.” First of all, why??? It’s a Wednesday, it isn’t busy, and I call out far less than anyone else but you’re not texting them that you’re disappointed in them. Secondly, I don’t give a damn.
