Let's discuss building a post-human-labor society where we break free from oppressive work paradigms. In this era of automation and AI, we can prioritize well-being, autonomy, and fulfillment. Assess the current state: Evaluate the existing job market, labor force, and industries in different countries. Identify sectors where automation and artificial intelligence (AI) can have the most significant impact and where human labor can be gradually replaced. Promote education and self-sufficiency: Advocate for comprehensive educational programs that prioritize critical thinking, creativity, and life skills. Encourage individuals to pursue self-sufficiency, alternative lifestyles, and sustainable practices that reduce reliance on traditional work structures. Establish a fair and equitable economic system: Advocate for the implementation of policies that challenge capitalist structures, income inequality, and exploitative labor practices. Why tf can’t I do this in my job?

Literally her acts words were “Company is considering pulling out of the call center because of the stupidity of you agents”. Huh. Sure. Couldn’t have to do with upper management sucking. Looks like our jobs are already listed on indeed, so they’re def gonna fire us in the coming days. I’m resigning at the end of my shift.
For some reason, I feel unsettled if I don't say goodbye or let my boss know I'm headed out for the day. It's a small company of 5 people but I'm scheduled 9-5 so I feel it's assumed that I'm leaving at 5. I don't really pass by anyone on my way out so I'd have to go out of my way to say goodbye. I guess I was just curious what other people do.
Let’s take control of our lives…
They put me on paid leave…because my coworker who has been bullying me since January cut me off in the parking lot and I honked…and when they just stayed in the middle of the lane, no oncoming traffic or anything and did not signal, I passed them. I thought they were going to come out of their car and try to do something to me ngl and that’s why I took off. But now I get a free paid vacation while HR investigates me….kinda weird to see them suddenly care but not give a damn when this person tried to make my life a living hell for months and pushed back my training bc they make the schedule. Oh well, free money lmao.

Yes, that's the average income for a year, without including our insane taxation in the equation. Most of the time, that's the income of an ENTIRE 3 to 4 people's FAMILY. Actually, Italy is the only country in the OCSE area where not only has the average salary hasn't grown in the past 30 years, but it instead decreased. Compared to other UE states like Germany or French, where the average salary…
