I'm so annoyed. Usually I'd appreciate the gesture, but my GM said it was perfectly fine to work 3-4 days a week since I'm working on my GED. So tell me why I get the schedule yesterday and I've got 5 days on this week; a solid 40 hours? He also never told me my starting wage, so we're gonna have to have a talk. I'm so fucking close to just walking entirely since I've got a bitch of a coworker that's making it difficult to want to stick around as it is, but it took me forever to find this job. Fuck this shit.

Frustrating beyond belief

I’m not allowed to shadow, I have to do my work, submit it and then I get a grade back. The things I have done wrong are check off with no explanation. I think I chose the wrong company.

Minimum wage here is 12€/h and we get paid that. Most of the time, the work is done by only 1 person. Watch out for gas thieves because my boss is too cheap for cameras, clean up spills, refill coolers, make food to sell. We also have trailers that we rent out and take packages for Hermes, a shipping company. It really is a lot to handle, especially in the Summer. We haven't been able to find new workers for a while and my boss went on the usual 'nobody want to work anymore' and 'the youth nowadays are just so lazy' rants all the time. One weekend, no one was able to work and he had…
