Seeking assistance finding an IT role
Hi, I’m in a desperate situation. My entire department was moved offshore and I only have 2 years of technical support experience. It’s been more than a month since I got laid off. I’m currently taking a Google Analytics certificate and working on my skills. I tried applying to positions on Indeed but I’m constantly getting rejected. I even looked into options such as lying in my resume, using AI to assist, using company paid career coaches to no avail. Unfortunately, LinkedIn is not an option for me due to privacy and safety reasons. I will provide a screenshot of my resume within the next 24h.

It's almost as if they're asking to force workers back to offices, instead of being able to pull themselves by their own bootstraps and turn their buildings into apartments. Why take that risk and do the hard work when you can just threaten to default and destroy the economy if you don't get your way?! They are making arguments for government intervention, not against it.

Probably Are.
Holy fuck. My DSP is fucked up. Please tell me I’m not alone.
It's always from the top down yall, always. I am so sick and tired of seeing good companies run amuck because of bad leadership. Lord am I exhausted of seeing good managers being worn down by their managers. Do not get me started hw the downhill effect cuz I can go on. We are always hiring, always. The pay is good, so why can't we fill slots. Because of the environment and culture that surrounds the work force. When you are constantly beating down your employees, taking away every single incentive and on top of that make working conditions even more miserable than they were 5 years ago. Yall, why would people want to work here? I got my wife a job here, at first they wouldn't even interview her for an entry level job at the forge I work at that's been vacant and continues to be vacant for…
