So i started to work in a factory making toilets 3 months ago, but i cant make more than 45 toilets yet, and my coworkers make 60+, but they are pressuring me to do more and more, but i have an inflamation on my shoulder and hurts like hell and i try my best but i dont think Im suited to this kinds of jobs, my boss is really a nice guy and dont want me to leave but is boss is another story, só maybe at the end of the contract they will send me off, but i guess its okay Im going to try to do something that i really like, trying to be a game Dev, Im really good at it só i guess its not só bad, sometimes a job is just a job, sorry i just wanted to get this off my chest

so at my job, my store manager makes the schedules every week. when we need specific days off we just tell him before the day he makes them. so i request my two days off to b on saturday and sunday for personal reasons. he asks why and i tell him for my back problems, i was going to explain but chose not to since its personal and i dont want him to know. he starts to question my reasoning because itll be memorial day weekend. and i honestly didnt know that until he told me and i was like oh okay. he told me i would have to bring a doctors note because he doesnt believe me. he was complaining about it again today and its really starting to annoy me. hes been kind of an asshole to me today and i think its because of that. its my…
