Ever since my workplace took away our telework, i’ve been taking a half day every Wednesday. From exercising to going to the local spa to relax.

And they only pay $9/hr, and not even give anyone more than 20-25 hours a week
How to deal with weird coworkers.
I started working at a furniture store about a month ago. It seems like coworkers are going out of their way to avoid me. It’s literally like when I go to any area of the store everyone leaves, I didn’t realize it at first but after 2 or 3 weeks I noticed this. I think it might be my fault because I have social anxiety so I don’t know how start conversations, other people have to start talking to me for me to feel comfortable so maybe I give off a vibe that I don’t want to be bothered by accident.
Being a Bad Manager
I don’t understand how some people can be so bad at managing. Why can’t you be nice, understanding, and humanistic? I don’t understand why I am needed at beck and call for an hourly wage that will only pay for a sub on my lunch break. Why so mean?
How many sick days do you get?
I work as a nurse for a large company. We are allowed 3 sick days or unplanned absences per 12 month period (this is taken out of our PTO as it is all lumped together). After 4 days you receive a write up, after 7 days you are considered for termination. For reference, I work in a large city in the US. Isn’t this shameful? How is it for you?
Schedules are made a week in advance. Put in PTO request 3 weeks ago. Boss told me I need to come in Friday after it has already been approved a week ago. What should I do?
Just as the title says. I got recognized for my hard work and rather then 'getting' the prize. Like a gift card, bonus, or some other perk. I get the 'chance' to win a prize; either a $10 gift card for the store I work at or a charm thing for those godawful croc sandals. It's insulting. Like my hard work isn’t enough to just get it and now I’ve to gamble my way into getting anything.
I work at a grocery store and my main manager that oversaw me was promoted to a higher position before he did my yearly review. The person that took over his position was not informed of this and I had to bring it up. She told me she would get back to me in a couple days. A week passes and I end up having to bring it up to her. She tells me that she talked with the old manager and that it has been “too long” and I will have to wait until next year's review, which means no chance for a raise for another year. This just baffles me and I am wondering if there is anything I could do to assist myself in this situation?
