This was now my fourth job I've worked at and it will now go down as the worst job I've ever had. I got fired from the job for not meeting their expectations/sales a week and I couldn't be happier… To start off, the company and my managers would frown upon you if you didn't make more than 300-400 calls every shift. Each break between each call wouldn't last any longer than a few seconds each, many instantly after finshing a phone call. Every call I would start with an intro of “Hello My name is blah blah blah, you took a survey recently on the _____ Claim, Were you or any family members affected by this?: Most of the time I would get either hung up on or screamed/cussed at. Your strike is working, and you're hurting your companies bottom line. My company was forced to source another manufacturer for our glass bottles. Here's to hoping your companies pull their heads out of their asses soon, so we can get our good bottles back.

I'm really not sure where else to post this and I frequent this sub quite a bit. I apologize for the length but it's a complicated story and I really need some advice. I work part time with school aged children (kindergarten-5th grade). The agency just hired someone who had a predatory relationship with my younger sister, when she was much younger, she was 15 and he was 18. He was physically, mentally, and probably sexually abusive towards her. She's now 22 and won't even go into detail because it's hard for her to talk about. Honestly – how his clearances came back clean is astonishing. He is/was also a big pot dealer in the area. I truly can't believe they hired him to work with children in a school. I spoke to my supervisors about this as soon as I heard he was being hired, about 2-3 weeks ago.…

Is WorkDay an ATS? I’ve noticed that nearly all of my “rejections” have come from companies that use WorkDay. Should I use a different email address going forward or how do I not get rejected? I’ve been using JobScan to get my resume to match the posted job descriptions, but still no luck with any company that uses WorkDay. I feel like I’m stuck in their purgatory
