Background: I'm an electrical engineer by education. 15 months ago I changed to the current job and had been happy until about 3 weeks ago. Young, female employee bullied by manager of otherwise all older male team in a large and famous company Extremely difficult to retain staff and find replacement as it requires a master's degree/tons of specialized tech/comp sci experience Am severely underpaid but don't mind, was doing it because I like this job and am motivated Worked my ass off for years and it has been proven and in writing by several managers (idk why anymore tbh probably was a mistake) even in my current performance review.
