Now, or at any point. A lot of Marxism gets thrown around in different subs, including this one. I gather that the USSR had awful bosses, poor living conditions, bad hours, etc, it's just that depending on where you were, you didn't have to worry about paying for the same services that may or may not be just as great or not so great as they are in cut throat capitalist societies.

I am quitting
As a premise to this post, there are too many fronts that I am in a fight with other people/things beside, and including, work, and I reached my breaking point. I am a millennial, so I fully accept any critical thoughts about my age. I have been humiliated multiple times (in my perception) in-front of management, supervisors, and my own employees. Comments like “do you even pay attention to what is going on around you?” “good luck on not quitting”. My breaking point was when I was genuinely sick, called out within the appropriate time frame in 2 different ways before my 2 weekend days. I was subsequently (in my view) retaliated against myself by having my shift moved back 2 days through our scheduling program by management. No call. No notice. Within 24 hours of changing my shift. This was the third time they have done this. I understand…
Boss ignored resignation
I put in my notice Monday and my last day is this Friday. I notified my POS manager prior to out of respect and I return he has totally ghosted me. And I know he got it because he called my teammate to talk to him about it behind my back. So rude and childish and I would love to send an email to him and hr about how unprofessional this is and how he has been since I moved under him recently. Thoughts?
Dont worry I wont be notifying them until the second my paid leave ends
LMAO, they did the meme.
In between giving shareholders a dividend and laying people off, someone found time to put these together.
He was trying to make sense of my posture and I explained my previous job (small business) gave us barstools to sit on and we had to “perch” to even stay on and my bosses regularly threatened to make it a “standing desk” which just means they were taking away our stools and making no changes to the desk itself. If I stood at that desk and had to use the mouse my hand was cranked at a 90° angle. When I approached my boss about my existing and now exacerbated wrist problems she replied “oh I have wrist problems too” in a very “suck it up” way. Anyways your girl is getting a curved keyboard.
