I am a railroader and union. I was military prior and worked fast food in high school. I got bitched at for earning OT as a student when “they” gave the hours. I’ve worked other jobs in between and I want to participate in this sub as my industry has its own but is an an echo chamber into itself.

Boss demanded I come into work an hour early knowing I have things to do before my shift. I told him no and he said “alright fuck around and find out.” Time for a new job?
