Hi everyone! To preface: I work in Australia, and for the better half of a year I’ve been consulting at a smaller firm (100+). It’s my first time consulting and most of my minimal experience comes from industry. Now for the past month I haven’t been put back on a project, and when you’re not on a project you’re essentially not doing anything, the break between projects is meant to last 1 week max, it’s been 4. I have raised this with multiple partners and managers, I am friendly with a lot of them, and there has been 0 response or action. I feel like I’m going crazy and have basically been forgotten about, which is some peoples dream. I am being paid to do nothing. How do find jobs that have a union? A decent job that has a strong union I should add. I'm trying to find one but don't even know where to start looking. I should mention I live in Pennsylvania. Any suggestions or recommendations?

My boss is constantly telling-me-off for failing to do things they've claimed they've asked me to do but I have no record/recollection of them asking me to do in the first place. Most of my conversations with my boss are via Teams. Going forward, I'd like a way (with one or a few clicks on the mouse) to record these conversations. Obviously, if I use Teams' built-in recorder my boss will see I am recording them. Is their a 3rd party app I can install that will automatically record audio/video?
