I have to meet with a higher up about my workplace and I don't want to answer their questions. I'll talk about procedures and regulations, but my coworkers are dysfunctional and that's not going to be solved in this meeting. What else can I say other than “I don't feel comfotable answering that.”? I know all the history of this place and toxic interpersonal relationships. I could write a book.
If I earn $10/h and my boss earns $100/h and we get a 10% pay rise. I'm now on $11/h and my boss is on $110/h. A previous pay difference of $90/h is now $99/h. Do this over many years and the rich get richer every time.
