I am considering changing careers to become an auditor. I dont know how it works, but I'd like to work for the government and cherry pick companies that I would bet my left nut on doing shady things and then audit the fuck out of them, as frequently as possible. If a lot of people who were laid off, burnt out, and overall just shit on were to do this.. would there be an appreciable effect?

Question about taxes
How do you tax billionaires? Most of their funds are not in money. They're in stocks. If we taxed them on their net worth, they'd be forced to sell stocks thus plummeting the value of companies and causing more issues for the rest of us. I'm not against taxing them; I'm just curious about how it can be done without affecting companies.
I'm in retail and have been here for the last 8 months, I really need to get out since I'm stuck at a dead-end job, low pay, and pretty bad coworkers/manager. I can't stay here for much longer since I feel that the longer I wait, the harder it will be to get out. I really don't want to do college as I feel I would just be paying for a degree, I'm sure I could self study any topic online more efficiently then what college would do. A lot faster then 4 years
Boss stopped letting us work from home
Her reasoning was that we didn’t actually work when we stayed home for our shift. Jokes on her because we do the same amount of work in office and out of office. Two hours of work stretched over 8 hours while we watch movies on our phones and take 4 hour lunches. Only difference is wasting gas
Local marina hiring
I’m so fucking pissed sitting through the global town hall, the regional town hall, and the department town hall listening to how much money they raked in and how much business was won – AS A RESULT OF OUR WORK – and then when it’s time to pay the grunts who PRODUCED THOSE EARNINGS… NAH. But you bet your ass the executives sure got their massive bonuses and raises.
This works
biohazard threat
Is forcing sick employees to work is considered a biohazard threat? Can the manager be pressed charges for that?
