Guess I just need to vent. I’ve nothing on the horizon but this is the calmest I’ve ever felt in months. Took the news as calmly as possible (this is something my brain manages to do when distressed I guess) as even the HR guy was surprised by how I reacted. Then I Apologized to my mom and bought two bottles of wine. I’m gonna miss the people I work with but that’s about it. Fuck my employer and my manager – some of the worst ppl I’ve ever met.

We have a town hall with senior management next week. We got a 1% pay rise last year, and senior leadership was reported in the papers to get 20%+ rise.

There’s is an option of sending in anonymous questions . What really challenging questions could I ask?
