Hello! my name is zach, so i was woundering does anyone have experience in creating a call center or know someone who does? I would really like to start one but i d'ont know what i need to start, what software to use etc.

What is your ideal, fair system for peoples basic needs being met (decent affordable housing, utilities, food, water, etc…) that doesn’t require work on anyone’s part?

Assume the workplace and culture are good… would you refer your qualified friends and acquaintances for a referral bonus?
