Hey everyone! Last year's april I called everyone on a global world strike and everybody said “it's too late”. Then I called the same revolution on summer and most of the you said “it's too soon”. Every single year, every single corporation make their owner meet and redefine numbers. Decide how much their product is worth and how much they plan to afford. It's time for workers all around the world to act like a corp in order to get the same rights. Let's just redefine how much are we worth (more than ever) and what things we are not going to afford any longer. UK striked, France striked, all western wold cultural referents have a reason to strike. So has the title says, i had a huge argument with my supervisor because he s salty he got fired, and then he treatened to kill me and tryed to get me fired, i called hr and told them my side off the history, but i am the one who got trouble. I had a reunion with my boss same day and he told me that because german is not my 1st language he couldnt understand me, i told me we where talking right now. He pinned it all on me, and told me that he does not want to hear anymore from me and if i get any sort off trouble he would have to handle it in other ways. How is this shit fair? So I work for a very popular car rental company. At my place of business I have heard my coworkers making rape jokes saying the n word (everyone is white) and the other day I was cussed at and harassed by a fellow employee ON CAMERA for having a rainbow coffee mug. The employee made up a bunch of things I didn’t say and his brother who also works here corroborated it. I was reprimanded by my boss essentially for making waves and told that I was a shitty employee when I asked why he told me I don’t fulfill all my job functions. I said I never received training (because on my first day he said ahhh you’ll figure it out) to which he responded “it isn’t our responsibility to train you”. Like the title says I kept my bosses updated about how I was feeling all 4 days including today. I told them I’m feeling a bit better and that I should be back to work by tomorrow. Well I just got a text back today from once of them telling me I need to bring a doctors release note. I didn’t got to the doctors at all, I did tell I got an IV. But my wife is a nurse so we had some IV bags here at home so obviously there was no need to go to the doctors. I guess my question is do I still need to get a doctores not or is there a chance of me getting fired? I mean I used personal days I have and been texting them everyday to keep them updated.
