My boss often makes comments about the food I am eating, has asked me multiple times what my daily calorie intake is, and often comments on the clothes I wear. About 6 years ago I was working as an IT Manager at a local manufacturing place. I was the only IT person in the department as the owners had recently gotten into a tiff with our MSP and the MSP killed the contract. So, just me overseeing everything. Obstacles filing an unpaid work lawsuit
Need some help here, I want to file a lawsuit against a former employer who required me to arrive before my shift to avoid a tardy while my company pc booted up so I could punch in to the digital time keeping system. I've spoken to a couple different law offices about this and I keep having my case declined. This is/was a practice at this company that affected over 100 employees for years. I myself experienced this for 5+ years, a smaller lawsuit was filed and settled by my former employer in Sept of 2022.
