Hey so a thought just occurred to me, and this is something that may be seen as “digging” or whatever so if I'm out of line, let me know. When filling out applications, I always strike out with the “references” part because a lot of the companies I worked for are a) no longer around b) old bosses got sacked or moved jobs c ) the old bosses will give a bad recommendation due to personal issues d) Burnt bridges due to hostile work environment from other coworkers And I realized something: I can't help anyone financially because I can't really afford to feed and clothe myself reliably. My supervisor reported my group over an incident that happened a week ago telling the manager that we was ignoring her and I was not doing my job. I explained to the manager that we didn’t ignore her and we completed our tasks but they still wrote me up and didn’t even bother to question anyone else in my group. A few hours later the supervisor who reported me packed all her things and just quits without saying explaining why. Im just very pissed about this whole situation, I literally did nothing and why even fake snitch if you were thinking about quitting anyway!

Maintaining the budget is just seeing what parts were ordered and inputting that number into a spreadsheet and attending zoom meetings (2 per month) to discuss The mechanics keep the machines running, I sign parts requests left on my desk and turn them into the…
What in the Work-Life-Balance is this..
30% on rent should be abolished
It is said that you should spend 30% of your income on rent. But who decide that, sounds like an excuse to pay people less.
