I am all for discussing wage with coworkers, but I'm unsure the best way to bring it up (office setting) I once straight up asked someone out of the blue if they're comfortable discussing wages and they said no and wouldn't engage any further, so I think I might not want to do it that way again

I don’t even feel optimism anymore. No more “This could be the one!” I just submit the applications, because that’s the only way to survive in capitalism.

So I applied for this job at a certain company, never heard from them until a few days ago when they sent me an email with a survey to rate their recruiting process. IDK if they are dumb, lazy or both. Probably just sending automated surveys to everyone who applied but this is a new low. “We refuse to talk to you pleb, now how did you like being ignored by us?” WTF
