A place I want to work at is hiring for the same position (Adult page) 3 times but each one is a different location except for one which is the same location but it's a 6-month contract instead of permanent so still basically the same. Every website I look at says you need to tailor your cover letter to each different position at the same company but how do you do that if they are all the same position? I'm wondering if that's bullshit. Probably going to merge all 3 jobs into the same cover letter or just do the same cover letter for each one. The only thing I can think of that I could say is that one of the locations is really close to me lmao.

How do you guys afford to quit ?
I have 3 dependents and it’s so difficult to get a job in this season of layoffs. I want to quit because of my boss’s behaviour but can’t even fathom being jobless.
I admit that my track record with being late isn’t great. So I made huge improvements and I was clocking in 20 mins to often half an hour early some days. Yesterday morning I was early and had clocked in and had a cup of tea with everyone in the canteen. My colleague & I left the canteen and he zoomed ahead and I quickly put my bag and lunch box in my locker. I literally was a few steps away from the daily meeting but the manager had already started. ‘Good morning everyone’ he bellowed. Just wanted to make sure everyone saw the same thing I did when Joe said workers should be paid what they are worth? No republicans seemed to agree. They are in the corporations pockets (just to be clear, not all democrats are innocent either). Paid to pass legislation that benefits the corporations. We have to stop big businesses from buying our government and passing legislation that hurts regular working people that make billions in profits off of our backs. Stand up for our workers.
