USA is a failed state

So I went to school and even became a teacher in level design I've also do dnd as a side gig for people with special needs.heck I've even help the r&d and modeling program to make parts for NASA. I have the experience and the skills but my resume gets auto rejected all the time. I know that usually making a joke resume gets call backs so I'm wondering if lovely people can help me out and think of clever ideas to add to it to impress them please help all joke job descriptions are appreciated
This is a bit of a random question but I’d like to hear some of your opinions on it.
The boomers had the ideal set up. They bought their houses 20-30 years ago and watched as the value of the homes has skyrocketed. They watched as their stock portfolios have exploded over the last 3 decades. Now they want us Millennials to buy their overpriced homes. It really is just a pyramid scheme. Yes, it worked out well for them, but what about us? What about people who want to buy a house but the values have ballooned to now you having to have hundreds of thousands of dollars for it? It all worked out for these old boomer farts but it ain't working out for the rest of us. But they couldn't care less. They are only concerned with their generation since that is what effects them. No concern for how this effects us.
My widowed mother worked her whole life, investing in a 401k, basically doing everything you're told to do to “save for your future”. She developed memory and other health problems and eventually needed round the clock care in an adult “home”, at the tune of 5000 a month. Mind you, this does not account for her prescriptions cost or doctors. It went quick. Once she had less than 2000 left, the state kicks in and pays for it all. My ex MIL rented, owned nothing and never worked or saved a day in her life and currently lives in a senior home at the expense of the state. She has nothing to pay outside of handing over her meager social security check. It's a nice place, debatable better than what my mom paid her life savings for. Concealing Truth for the Job I want
So a long time ago(in a galaxy far far away) when I was younger I didnt make the best decisions and I got in trouble. No felonies or Nothing but either way, every job I go to has the background check etc etc. The Issue I have is nowadays im well qualified for the job I want after turning my life around and all that but whenever I am honest about my past in the interviews for this field of work im never hired. The last company asked about it and I think I screwed myself by being honest about every charge I had when I mentioned one of them he didnt even seem to know it was on there so idk if It even showed up on the background.
