Lately Rant Jobs have been scouring in popularity and not many people out there know what it means. A Rant Job is having a secondary job for the purposes of letting out frustrations and greivances out to better maintain mental health. Think of it like how Gordon Ramsey is to his customers. Brash in delivery, but still fufilling his very high standards for the customer. Ex: Jerry the Accountant got a rant job at Wendy's, where he tells customers who give him crap to fuck off, while still making the food at wendys standards. Rant jobs are places where you can exercise your right to free speech (exception of hate speech) which no consequences to your standard life. Studies actually show this behavior is actually healthy for those struggling with the stress and burnout of very demanding jobs.
