Just wanted to make sure everyone saw the same thing I did when Joe said workers should be paid what they are worth? No republicans seemed to agree. They are in the corporations pockets (just to be clear, not all democrats are innocent either). Paid to pass legislation that benefits the corporations. We have to stop big businesses from buying our government and passing legislation that hurts regular working people that make billions in profits off of our backs. Stand up for our workers.

I had a work trip last week and I have no clue what happened but I’ve fallen incredibly sick. Had to get injections and IV administered for to the weakness. I informed work that I would not be coming in for a few days but will still do some tasks from home so there’s no lag. But I still get a taunt email today? Especially after having a poot performance at work. I just feel bad about myself like why cant I learn as fast like my co-workers, I looked/sounded dumb because of how slow I learn things or the way a thing confuses me. I mean, work is just work , a source of Income to pay the Bills and I hate the way I get affected by it even after office hours. Any advice?

If my employer text me and says “I need you to come in at 9:30 to work a 12 hour shift”, but my original start time is 1:30 and I’m suppose to work an 8 hr shift originally, can I say no I don’t want to work the over time? Security work btw
