Does anyone else do the bare minimum even as they stack more and more work on? There are 4 people on my team who are all leaving by the end of April and they have told me that they are going to start expecting more out of me and all I can think is to continue to do the bare minimum or otherwise I’ll be doing 60-70 hours weeks trying to pick up the work of those who have left.

Seriously, so much time and energy is spent on something I don't give a shit about and then I have no energy for my stuff. By the time I get home I can barely focus on anything so I just consume entertainment, really just on autopilot, and then get ready for bed
seriously! this wage gap is ridiculous!

Written up for asking for help
A friend of mine had a job, but work was so toxic and difficult, that people started quitting so he quit. His manager asked upper management for help and got written up for it. Lol and they wonder why people don’t want to work fucking assholes
