coworker awkwardness
I work in an office with 2 other people, my boss and coworker. So it can get awkward when things don’t run smoothly. I’ve recently noticed that my coworker and boss seem to have some tension. They are usually great friends, they talk outside of work, talk to each other at work about their families, etc. but in the last week they have not spoken more than a few words to each other each day, and only when they have to. I am not involved, and both of them are treating me just like normal. but the tension is hard to deal with, and extremely noticeable when usually all 3 of us would talk in the mornings about our weekends, etc. and now it’s just silence. It is so bad in Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. v. Williams, a judge told someone in a wheelchair they aren't disabled simply because they can work 40 hours a week.
