I got up at 3:30 am every morning and trudged to work, and came home at 8pm I cutback on unnecessary expenses, including extra food and water. I pulled myself up by BOTH boot straps refusing to deviate from my goal. My father owns a Fortune 500 company.

A few tidbits: -I'm in a team of 15-20 guys, half of us have off sunday & monday, the other half friday & saturday. -This means mon-thurs we have a full staff, friday-monday is half staffed -friday is normally fairly slow as it's friday and clients tend to wait until monday, many don't even know we work weekends and are surprised when they do call in and someone shows up that day -mondays are considered our busy days due to being half staffed for the previous 3 days + clients calling in issues at the start of the week. -you work holidays if you would normally work that day of hte week. This means the sunday/monday crew works almost every holiday since most fall on a monday, while the friday/saturday crew get to be off.
