I was supposed to start receiving health and dental benefits from work in late December. It’s more than a month overdue now. I get deductions from pay but my account isn’t even set up. Managers have been contacted, some of them multiple times; I spoke with the union rep at work, and she called someone at the union main office and told me that my account will be set up on Tuesday. It’s Tuesday now, I just called the insurance company, and still nothing. I am not sure what to do now? I hate this workplace so much. I just want to get my teeth fixed and leave this place.

Im a courier they sent me out on a delivery that takes over 4 hours. My phone died had to go back from the pickup to swap vehicles because the car charger was broke and was directed to do so because I needed GPS to get to the delivery. I got lost getting out of Boston and on the highways didn't know where I was going for about an hour. I went swap cars and delivered. It all took me 6 hours and change My work can't understand where the extra time went even though they told me to make a special trip to swap cars and factoring getting lost. Can't get through to them to make them understand the approx 2 hours was due to setbacks they knew of. Pretty disgusting and stupid if you ask me Wasn't my fault that car charger wasn't working. If there's anything worse than a boss that tries to convince you that starting your own business isn't worth it, it's the employee/s who follow that advice. Usually these people speak in one or more of the following quotes… “Well, I get 2 hours of sleep everyday, and I still make it to work on time everyday” If you look into these people's lives, you will usually see they are lacking friends. Not kidding. It reeks of self righteousness. Not only that, if you follow the statistics, workaholics are likely to die much younger. No thanks. My health is more important than a paycheck. “You have to keep your problems at home” Really? You work for broke just to keep a roof over your head, your landlord is raising your rent, you wake up with pain everyday from an old injury, and your dog just died, but you're supposed to…
