Changed her job to mine!

I am a controller at a small company and recently I told my employer I would be relocating to another state. We worked out that I would work remotely for a minimum of 3 months most likely longer, and in the meantime we would hire and train an accountant that would EVENTUALLY replace me. She has worked here a week and a half. She is not catching on as quickly as I had hoped so – when I was at home and did not have access to her resume to review her qualifications again, I looked her up on linked in. She had changed her job and title to – CONTROLLER of my company!!! I am incensed. She has not been promoted, nor told she was promoted. Just that it will happen later. She was clearly told she was hired as an accountant! I also looked her up on Facebook…

She had changed her job and title to – CONTROLLER of my company!!! I am incensed. She has not been promoted, nor told she was promoted. Just that it will happen later. She was clearly told she was hired as an accountant! I also looked her up on Facebook afterwards and it said the same thing. Now I’m doubting everything on her resume as well as being angry about jumping into my position without officially being told.

Last week my employees also came to me and asked if they were going to be fired because all she talks about is how she misses her friends at her old job, and how they are all being laid off because the company there is closing.
Thoughts? Ideas? Advice?
