Chicken or the Egg Scenario

I'm currently in a situation where my mental health problems make it very difficult for me to get a job. I had to drop out of college due to these mental health problems, despite the fact that I was in the final stretch of my final year at the time. And now they're preventing me from getting a decent job. “Why don't you deal with them?” you ask. Well, because I only have the money to go to my psychologist much less than I need to. You see where the problem is here? I need more money to get more psychological help to fix my mental health problems so I can get a decent job, but I need a decent job to have more money. Well, because I only have the money to go to my psychologist much less than I need to.

I need more money to get more psychological help to fix my mental health problems so I can get a decent job, but I need a decent job to have more money.

So, basically, I'm trapped in a chicken or the egg scenario.

Something that could easily be fixed by psychological healthcare being free and would probably turn me very quickly into a productive, and functioning member of society who'd be paying more taxes, but I guess policymakers haven't thought that far ahead. Or they don't want to.
