The McDonald’s I work at was “chosen randomly” to participate in a civil rights audit by an independent research company. There are two “focus groups,” with six people in each group. They said they’ll ask questions about inclusion and diversity. Only lower level employees can go (lowest level managers and crew members) and data is anonymous. I googled it and results say that “shareholders” voted for this research to be done. But why? What can the results tell them? Does it give me any opportunity to discuss antiwork ideas or is it just some bullshit?
