Boss had another coworker and I clock out for our lunch breaks, but I was just informed we needed to stay off the clock till we get busy. My 30 minutes are already up, but boss wants us to stay here off the clock till we get busy again. Is this legal? I know Arkansas sucks when it comes to labor laws.
