I don’t know if anyone else notice it, or they’re not speaking up. Maybe she’s doing it intentionally.
I’ve only seen this object 3 times. So maybe she’s forgetting to put it back. It’s adult toy, I can’t explicitly name it. When she’s on our zoom meeting, it sits behind her bookshelf along with her anime figures. At first I thought it was part of it, but look closer when the attention is on her and it’s definitely an adult toy.
What’s the best and appropriate way to let her know this? I don’t want to make a big deal or embarrass her.

Update:
I sent an Email to HR recommending they send a notice to all team members about presenting appropriate backgrounds for virtual conferences. Warning team members to not include inappropriate content, language, objects, art, etc. As best practice, blurred or virtual background is recommended.
This way, I’m hoping it doesn’t single anyone out. A fair warning to all team members sound professional enough I think.
