I work as a security guard for a big industrial company, we are four employees, all fairly young with mere years of work experience.
Yesterday, i got a call from my boss explaining that one of the four people (my team leader) and the security chief from the industrial company think im not a suitable fit for the position and that its not working out, this is after a year of working there.
What you need to know about these two people is that all previous employees from the security company before us are genuinely disgusted and appaled by the personality of them (my team leader is the only one that stuck around after the company switch and went to the new contractor). They basically like to spew crap about everyone and have very close dialogue, they are also very close-minded and they do not know how to take critique without acting like an infuriated toddler.
Basically what has happened is my team leader has been collecting information about very small things that I am doing incorrectly, such as performing my patrol a bit different and forgetting to swap garbage bags, forgetting to take some things out of the car, etc, etc. All minor inconveniences that doesn’t affect the work. I have never been told that this is bothersome or that this or that needs to change, my team leader basically just gave all of this information to OUR CUSTOMER without telling me or telling my actual boss.
Now my boss wants me to work at 150% effort and kiss both of their asses, which i told him i refused to do and i wont come in to work with either of them unless my team leader gets seriously reprimanded for this.
Also, they cant really relocate me to another client because they operate out of another city hours away.
Just pisses me off.

My team leader is a shitty person that hates my guts for some unknown reason and is trying to get me fired. My boss wants me to kiss team leaders and our clients ass to make up for her not liking me.
