Company surveys aren't they great with loaded questions and poor response models?
I just finished mine with the following statement after a kumbaya meeting to brag about how good our company is.
“Pay should always have the raises tied to inflation. Our lowest earners do not make anything close to the recommended $22 an hour yet we brag about how great our customer support is!”
If you want to brag then we should walk the walk and talk the talk by having our wages be not only the best in the industry but also within the start up industry!”
