Got injured at work. Took some time off through workers comp. workers comp got me to ask work for back to work plan.
Work says they don’t have any more shifts and then sends me my record of employment so that I can file for EI. I ask a few times if there’s any more shifts and they ignore it.
They hit me up a month later asking if I want to take 2 weeks worth of shifts completing a task that I was working on before
Part of me wants to just get in there and get paid and part of me feels like I shouldn’t go back.
What to do?
