Company deleted reviews, then HR promoted themselves for good reviews

Our company had Our company had some very bad reviews on Kununu, something like the European version of Glassdoor. The reviews were really bad, but as someone who works there, I can say that they were definitely realistic and real. Human Resources then asked kununu to delete these reviews with somw flimsy reasons, which they actually did. Then HR wrote a few more good ones. After that, the average rating score rose and we were therefore named one of the top 10% employers by Kununu. HR then bought an advertising package from kununu including a Cup, several posters and other utensils that promote us as a top employer. They are posted everywhere in the office now. HR is so proud and I'm sure they got a fucking bonus.
