I have a one year contract. One month before it expires, they should notify me. Management is ignoring it.
It's already the first week of my last month and management still stays silent while actively renewing annual contracts of other people. This job is toxic but if they don't extend the contract, I won't have an income in a couple of weeks. It's very hard to get work since the end of the pandemic. Honestly, I hate this job and would love to leave.
I do have savings to survive but I'd rather not use them. I am a home owner and therefore can't apply for welfare.
