Just a little rant. Been grinding for a promotion at work, then found out that my pay cap would be 25% less than the boss before me, even though they have said the place looks 100 times better than it did with the previous manager. The pay cap will be just enough money to get me to stop over drafting. Not enough to make any ground on debt, just enough to go back to zero and stay there. Why the fuck am I even here.
