Company lied about hybrid role

I guess I’m just venting because I think it is fucked up how employers can lie to their employees with no repercussions, but if we did something similar it would likely result in termination. When I initially interviewed for my position in 2022, I was told the role would be hybrid 6 months from hire. 6 months came and we were told it would be one year. A year came and went and we were told it would be July of this year. Well, July is next week and we were just told today that hybrid will not happen until November now. I work in social services and my job is so stressful it is affecting my mental and physical health. I have a bachelors degree and don’t even make $20 an hour. I was holding out in hopes of a hybrid role because in my area they are hard to come by, but it appears it isn’t going to happen. I’m strongly considering submitting my 2 week notice. There is no incentive for me to stay. I can replace my salary with pretty much any job in my area with less stress.
