Company lies to single mom, schedules her for 60+ hours after she leaves old job

​ By setting her start time at 6 AM and having the unwritten rule of managers staying until 6 PM this company gifted themselves 1000 hours of free labor every year. Nice. I'm assuming since she's management she is salaried and not eligible for overtime.
