Company Maybe Taking Away Summer Schedule

My company has always allowed us early Fridays in the Summer (June and July) and this year, I’ve caught wind our boss may not allow this. A total of 8 early days in the summer has been giving us all something to look forward too every year, we all work very hard and do not receive benefits aside from small vacation time and a 401k that we don’t even get matched on. Now, because our boss made a comment about feeling like we aren’t “grateful” we may lose this small perk. Why aren’t we grateful? Oh, because someone asked about when the summer schedule will begin… I’m telling y’all, I get so mentally exhausted from the constant favoritism and ass kissing. So frustrating, especially when everyone ties up their loose ends by Friday and there is nothing to even do. Even more so in summer. Might I add, the boss doesn’t even work on Fridays. To me, I feel like we are treated like children that must “behave” to get a crumb.
