So this is obviously incredibly minor, but I just found it hilarious and wanted to share. We were supposed to have a company picnic yesterday, but they opted to cancel and reschedule due to weather. Perfectly understandable. We got called/left voicemails informing us about the need to reschedule.
The picnic was rescheduled to today with no notification to us. Our company has what is essentially it's own social media platform where things get announced. No mentions of a reschedule date, no mentions of the initial date cancelation, just a thanks for coming post from today.
They're pretty notorious about being horrible at communication, so this definitely tracks for them lol.
