Schedule comes up once per week, for the next two weeks.
The schedule changes for people all the time without them being told. Their policy is that it can change at least 48 hours in advance, as long as they tell you. It’s already a short amount of time, worst part is when it’s changed without saying anything to you, breaking their own policy.
I’ve shown them a screenshot before when I came in at the “wrong” time, here’s what infuriated me, I was asked when the screenshot was taken. WTF? It shouldn’t matter when it was taken, no one told me it changed.
THEY WANT US TO CHECK OUR SCHEDULES DAILY
People have lives outside of work, kids, family, appointments etc.
How can the schedule change with such short notice? What’s the point of posting it in advance then?
Schedule comes up and say you make plans for Friday, makes no sense how over a week after those plans, they can tell you on Tuesday that you have a completely different shift on Friday.
Obviously tons of plans are made at least 48 hours in advance, that’s why they’re plans.
Ugh I can’t live my life knowing my schedule can change so suddenly after already having plans going around the schedule they made
How would you handle a situation where it’s changed and you can’t make it?
I’m not talking about a request off situation, I’m talking about daily life. How the schedule is posted and you make plans around it, like I thought you were supposed to do….
