Been having a feud at work with my HR lady goes something like this .
I’ve been getting drug tested supposedly random every month too , 2 months for a while now ya cough random my ass.
After countless arguments trying to explain to this damn lady, that our state law requirement is 1 random test every 90days 10% of the workforce.
So why have I been tested 8 fucking times in a year!! She just says well it’s policy and we a private company fucking all bullshit !!
I’m real easy going too so I finally had enough and just asked for the company policy riggghhhhtt should have done that shit much sooner!! First freaking paragraph its states company will follow state/local guidelines on random testing ..
It felt so good throw that shit on her desk along with the state statues. I also found out the company isn’t private, not that it even matters because private or public they have to structure their policy in accordance with state law the dumb bimbo!!! She would literally say shit like we are a private company, and can test you every week if we want ..
Makes me wonder how the Fuck she even has an HR job doesn’t know Jack shit!! I never cared at first cause w,e I don’t do drugs but man enough was enough!!
