Company pulls an ultimatum, department dissolving

I’ve been working for a petcare company for .. almost 6 months. Monday, they started pulling my department in one by one to tell us they are “restructuring” and gave each person an ultimatum of 2 options: if they want to have or keep FT employment, they will be required to work a split shift (starting at 5:45am until unknown, clock out early afternoon for unknown amount of hours and come back for later afternoon and evening atleast til 8pm, probably later including specific department cleaning). So far, they’ve had 2 walk outs, my resignation, and the last couple left are actively job searching to make their exit as quick as they can. The company essentially dissolved a whole department in less than a week.
