Company quietly cut our PTO

For context this is in California. Company quietly cut employees PTO from 3 weeks to 2.5 weeks. They gave us sick time due to a new law requiring it and paraded it as a benefit without telling anyone about the PTO reduction. Everyone who has been hired to the company in the last 5 years(at least) was hired under the pretense of 3 weeks of PTO. It’s in every job listing, and offer letter. I realize For reference PTO in CA is part of our compensation, it’s like a paycut. Sick days are not. This is the issue. They are using gov mandated sick time to cover for our PTO. Just venting at my annoyance of these little bits of sneaky, manipulative behaviors to further reduce how much they compensate employees while running a company worth over a billion dollars with executives who brag about spending their time sailing around…
