I’ve noticed that my large employer has reduced the default (and unchangeable) time before your status goes to yellow on teams. Meaning, you can’t take a walk around the block, a lunch, or a shit without everyone in your teams / chats seeing you go away. I’m still getting my work done, but when I think about how long we could go away from our desks when I was in the office five days per week, this is a significant change.
